Ⅰ. Y type
Operating feature:
Y type diaphragm valve adopts double control cavity design; control flow is independent of the fluid chamber room, so that the valve control is more flexible, reliable, durable, completely stop switch ineffective and lax hidden problems of the single cavity valve possible.
The valve body and bonnet using glass fiber strengthen NORYL material; so that the valve is high intensity, long service life and corrosion resistance.
Special processed molding reinforced rubber diaphragm, long service life, and high anti fatigue strength.
Y type fluid channel designer reduces the pressure loss of valve, improves the water flux
Normally open and closed type can be easily shifted flexibly.
A spring helps to open (close), traffic restrictions, switch display and other functions can be added.
Working principle
Close the valve: the control pressure source (water or air source, the pressure is equal to or greater than water pressure) is led to the diaphragm valve control cavity, diaphragm drives valve seat through rod, to block the water and close the valve.
Open valve: After the diaphragm chamber pressure relief, water pushes the valve rod with its own pressure, so it is easy to form a cavity to allow the liquid flow through.

Ⅱ. V type diaphragm valve

Working principle:
Water pressure directly passes through the seal diaphragm valve, when there is pressure in diaphragm chamber, the diaphragm cut off the water and shut-off valve; when the control cavity relieves pressure, using water pressure push up the diaphragm valve automatically. Reinforced rubber diaphragm is the only moving part of the valve, there is no valve, sealing, etc., on water channel. The valve uses PA 66, PVC material, can cooperate with various kinds of electromagnetic valve, manual valve, pressure reducing valve to realize various control functions
