Ⅰ. Overview
SMC assembled water tank is a new type of water tank used internationally. It is assembled by the overall high quality of the SMC water tank, its characteristics are: food grade resin (so the water quality will be good), clean and no pollution, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, good appearance, long service life, maintenance management is convenient etc.
Ⅱ. Specifications
SMC assembled water tank uses the food grade resin SMC sheet, made by high temperature and high pressure mechanical strength. In the manufacturing process, adopts the method of machine pressure molding production. Increased the grade of seismic, impact resistance; overcome uneven strength defect of the manually pasted product, raised the pressure residence and service life; appearance design: Outer convex curve in the centre, improve the loading capacity; at the same time, there is no 45° and 90°around the plate and assemble without corner fittings, which make it more flexible. Tank plate specification: 1000 * 1000 mm, 1000 * 500 mm, 500 * 500 mm, the thickness are 4 mm, 6 mm, 7.5 mm, 9 mm , 10 mm, 12 mm and 14 mm. 4 mm thickness plates is specially used to make tank cover, so the water tank can be assembled according to the requirement.

Ⅴ. Structure
SMC assembling water tank is assembled by SMC mould pressing plate, sealing materials, metal materials, metal construction and the assembled piping system, brings great convenience to construction. General tank is designed according to standard, special tank needs special design. It is available to assemble 0.125-1500 m³ water tank according to customers requirement. If the original water tank needs to be replaced, there are no need makeovers, very convenient. Specially developed and customized new sealing strip, non-toxic, water resistant, high elasticity, small permanent deformation, strong seal. Overall water tank strength is high, no leakage, no deformation, maintenance and maintenance is convenient.
