RDOSE R series of metering pump is controlled by microprocessor; the frequency and stroke length is adjustable, electromagnetic drive membrane metering pump. It is suitable for a variety of liquid measurement.
2.Working principle
Electromagnetic rod drives the diaphragm reciprocating motion inside the pump head, cause the pump head chamber cavity volume and pressure change, pressure changes lead the suction valve and drain valve opening and closing to achieve liquid quantitative inhalation and eduction.
Certificated capacity of RDOSE R series pump is 1-10 of l/H; the maximum working pressure is 7-4 BAR. Pump outlet flow rate can be adjusted according to the frequency button or stroke length screw. LED luminous diode indicates the running state.
